All passengers must read and accept the following conditions before boarding and riding Swan Jet.

Any passenger who may be pregnant, suffer from back, neck, or heart conditions, or have had previous serious injuries are strongly advised not to ride on Swan Jet and should consult with the booking office or skipper before boarding Swan Jet.

Passengers board and ride on Swan Jet vessels at their own risk and in no circumstance other than the gross negligence of the skipper as proven by a court of law, will Cruise WA Pty Ltd trading as Swan Jet Adventures, its officers, servants, or agents be held responsible for any accident, injury, loss or damage to person or property whilst embarking, travelling or disembarking from Swan Jet.

Swan Jet Adventures may refuse any person, for whatever reason, participation in the ride, in its absolute discretion whether or not they have previously purchased ticket. If weather or river conditions are hazardous, as determined by Swan Jet, rescheduling or refunds may be offered to the passenger at any time. Cruise WA Pty Ltd trading as Swan Jet Adventures reserved the right to add, withdraw, substitute and or vary advertised routes, vessels, prices and departure times.

Children are considered 12 years of age or under, and must be:
- Over 110cm in height.
- Accompanied by an adult.
